Purchasing Questions
1. How does purchasing and downloading product work?
Orders are placed using PayPal's secure payment service. You do not need a user account to make a payment via PayPal.
When choosing one of our sample libraries for purchase, click the “Add To Cart” button which will take you directly to the secure PayPal check-out. Upon payment, you will be taken to a download page plus you will receive an email containing the download link(s). The download links are valid for 72 hours and are 100% secure.
Downloads are delivered as archived .Zip files. This allows you to download all samples, program files, and any other library components in a single file. Once you have downloaded your purchase, double click the .Zip file to decompress the archive. Locate and open the Read Me file inside the product folder and follow the instructions on where to place the samples, programs and associated files.
2. Do you store my credit card information?
No. All credit card information is handled by PayPal. MiMo never sees this information.
3. What types of payment do you accept?
Everything that PayPal allows, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
4. Can I pay by eCheck?
Yes, you can certainly pay by eCheck. Howerver, your download link will not be sent until the eCheck clears.
